Frozen In Time

I bought four dinosaur toys and spray painted them grey and photographed them in a way that created shadows. My aperture was at 22.0, focal length 21.0mm, exposure time was 1/160 and my ISO was 160. The Panasonic DMC-G3 was the camera I took the photos with. I used a snoot to light the images and the rest of the studio lights were off, to create a more dramatic look. Due to the lighting I used the background turned grey, which I liked as it gave the image an interesting colour tone and made the dinosaurs look frozen in time. I see these images showing a loss in childhood in our society, I see young children playing on their Ipads, Iphones and computers instead of toys. I find this quite scary that we are all slowly becoming slaves to technology.
